RUSS GRANGER

is a 22 year old wild-ass rookie just out of the academy. He's thrilled the state has authorized him to carry a gun. When Russ volunteered for the bike patrol, he thought he'd be riding a motorcycle. He has an attitude problem, a gambling problem, a drinking problem and a Harley, which he keeps in the living room of the Party House he shares with Jamie, a fellow rookie officer. The parties are sometimes so wild, the police are called to break them up. Russ has no regard for his own body and makes mistakes that go along with being a rookie.
