MONICA HARPER (Shanna Moakler)
MONICA HARPER is extremely good looking, aggressive, intelligent and ambitious. She comes to Pacific Blue after working for the SMPD undercover on the college campus. Her aggressive style and apparent self-confidence hides the insecurity that makes her eager to please people around her, including those in command. Even as a rookie, we know she won't stop until she's chief of police. Aside from being street-tough, she uses her feminine wiles to get the attention of T.C. Callaway, her new commander and will cause trouble for him in his new marriage to Chris Kelly. She clashes with both veteran female officers, Chris Kelly and Cory McNamara.
