is a good-looking, intelligent, Hispanic, who we find working for a college campus security force. In good physical shape and mature for his age, he's in charge of his 15-year old sister, Teresa, after the death of their parents at the hands of a drunk driver who beat the rap through political connections. Formerly an officer with LAPD, he left the force after repeated incidents of "excessive force" in dealing with suspects on the streets, a result of the residual anger at the death of his parents.
